LOVE Lauren she is amazing when it come to Permanent Make up do not go anywhere else I have been going to her for years love this place! Use the organic ink it looks more natural. The pain is not bad at all. more

So, the spa isnt a bad place, its not exactly the CLEANEST either, may i say. Look, if your going for a massage, its the best there. Ive gone there twice, and ive only gotten massages from Kelly. Shes the only one i trust. That Lauren, is just WOW. She is so fake. She laughs at ALL of your jokes. Its like she only does it for the tip. The hair stylists are amazing. Olga is my PERSONAL favorite, she is so sweet and just friendly. A couple of the employees seen suspicious to me. They always speak a different language, as if theyre talking about you. Im not putting the place down, im just letting people know what is like. OH, and let me tell you, that "ZENA" is not professional. I asked for a cup of water during my pedicure, and one of the ladies said ,"K." At a usual place, they would be like ,"Yes Ma'am," And when they gave it to me, she just put it down and looked at me. No smile, no wink, just a plain face and walked away. Its like the girls there are moping everywhere and they get paid for doing .... NOTHING. I see them sitting, talking to their friends. I left and i said,"Have a good day everyone!" And all of them just fake smiled, and got back to their conversations. I Picked up a magazine, and i saw the date from it was FEBRUARY 3RD. It is August currently, and when i checked the rest, all of them were from March or May, I mean seriously. If i had to choose, I'd say my favorite people there are Olga & Kelly, they are just friendly, and hospitable. I'm not saying ALL of the employees are bad, but some of them need MAJOR work. Its not the best service, but its also not the worst. My overall experience on a scale of 1-10, is 4. more

I have never gotten a better massage it was so nice the decor was amazing I have never seenbsuch amazing workers this was the most cleanest most professional spa I have ever seen everyone there was really nice I recommend this to everyone in the world more

I recently visited Zena Day Spa for assistance with the way Vitiligo was affecting my skin with discolorations. I received assistance from Laurine that was over the top. She was very kind and considerate and listened to me very patiently. I was very pleased with the results of the permanent makeup. I do not know why it took me so long to decide take care of the problem. more

I was recently at Zena Day Spa to get my facial done. The facialist i wanted wasn't there so they sent me to a girl named Anna. She seemed nice at first and then she got a little pushy telling me what i should do.. She was practically kissing up to me for everything. It made me feel like it wasn't real because she sounded so fake! Its like she was just saying that for a little bit more of a tip. I do.not. like her and i do NOT recommend her. Other then Anna, The rest of the staff at Zena is amazing. They are always friendly and respectful. I highly recommend Zena Day Spa but i dont recommend ANNA. I more

I really love this place. i have done botox and permanent tattoo, waxing and threading and everything was great. The owner is strait forward so don't take it personally i actually like this better than the fake smile! more

I go to Zena's for my facials. The estheticians are great and they seem to have a real desire to make my face look as good as possible. In other words, they care as much as I do about my face. Last week I tried a mani+pedi and the girl did an awesome job. I simply love this place. It's a hidden gem. Thank you! more

I had a spa day with my girlfriend. We had a great time. Staff was nice and attentive and the place is very clean and relaxing. We had a couples massage and stayed in the sauna. She had a facial which I had a manicure and pedicure. My manicurist/pedicurist was nice and my nails look much better now. My girlfriend loved her facial. Her face looked radiant. Her facialist was Loraine. She was nice and we spoke with her after we were finished. In short, we had a great and relaxing time and it is definitely a great place and I would recommend it. more

ran into Kelly, she told me that she was NOT working at Zena Day Spa! I FREAKED! Zena was telling ME and im pretty sure OTHER PEOPLE that she was on vacation! WHY LIE? There is no REASON for me to even LOOK or GO to Zena ANYMORE! Kelly was my favorite part of the whole place. When i went in for my massage, i looked forward to her friendliness. she was the BEST. kelly would give me the best massage's... and i've gone to many places and never 1 like hers. Good luck trying to replace her, because she is 1 of a kind. more

Don't go to this "spa" place!! $40.00 was taken from my wallet and I believe it was an inside job. It was my first time there and I came on a Sunday to get a massage. No other patrons were there. I was seen by a "masseuse" by the name of "Ana" or at least that's how she introduced herself. The receptionist called her "Diana". So Ana was the only one that knew which locker I put my purse and belongings into, so I'm a bit suspicious of her. She also gave a rather painful massage and only 40 minutes (I paid for 60 minutes). So not only did I get robbed of 40 dollars, I also got screwed on time. During the 40 minute massage, Ana/Diana disappeared for at least 5 minutes and came back with a warm towel. When the terrible massage was over, she suggested that I should go sit in the steam room which a did for a few minutes. When I returned to the locker room, Ana/Diana was opening other lockers then she quickly disappeared. I changed into my clothes and when I went to get some cash in my wallet to get some tip money, that is when I discovered the missing $40. I am absolutely sure that it had been taken because the day before I went to the ATM to withdraw money and did not use any of it to buy anything. So I went home, called the Zena Spa and reported the incident. The receptionist said that the owner was going to call me the next day, but I did not hear from them again! So if you are still not convinced that this place is SHADY with its lack of good service and customer service, just please DO NOT put any valuables in the locker and take it with you in your room. more

My back and shoulders were screaming at me to go get a massage. So I listened and made an appointment for Zena's. I had a two hour long massage because apparently one hour wasn't enough for me :) I truly needed it and I left feeling relaxed and lighter and a pep in my step. First I was apprehensive having a woman do my massage because I needed a serious tune up for my aching muscles, but she was beyond excellent and took care of all my knots. I reconmend her for anyone who wants an excellent deep tissue massage. Pros: Great massage more

Came in for mani and pedi and left doing half of the menu! First of all they had a $20 special for both mani and pedi which was great with the sea salt scrub and little massage that came with it. Got a brazilian and threading for my eyebrows for $45 unheard of! And decided to get a long awaited hair cut and it just came out so cute! I just wanted a trim, but the girl started to suggest maybe going for a new style... I thought this was her upsale, but the more she was describing it, it felt like she just wanted a look that was best for me. So I took a chance on her and it came out exactly like she said. She even walked me through what she was going to do before we started and that's what make me comfortable with her. Glad I did it. Just in time for summer. Overall had a great experience because I got everything I've been putting off done all in one day all in one location. Pros: great service more

I pass by this place all the time and I really never paid any attention to it. From the outside it looks small but when you walk in they have this huge upstairs spa. I went in for a full body wax with Marina she was very quick and professional. She introduced me to the lady who does permanent make up and I got my perm eyeliner done that same day!! I am very pleased...Thanks Lauren!. All the people there are really friendly, I felt like I had been going there for years. Pros: Great Service Cons: None more

Thank you Lorine & Zena Day Spa for helping me feel “pretty” again! As a cancer survivor still fighting the fight, I can’t tell you how many obstacles & hurdles I had to go through to be able to share this wonderful experience with you. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer (w/mets to the liver) & told I had “3 months to live.” Thankfully a 2nd opinion saved my life & I had a wonderful support system along the way. Someone who played a very important part in my healing process was Lorine Mikheail from Zena Day Spa. When you are fighting for your life, the last thing you generally think about is how you look. I have always considered myself to be a confident, successful, caring person who took pride in their appearance. When I was diagnosed, my main focus was to do whatever it took to beat the illness & not let the side effects of chemotherapy get me down. As someone who has always been conscious of their appearance, it was tough trying not to let the hair loss, acne, nausea, skin-breakouts, etc. get me down. When I talk about the hair loss, I’m not just talking about the hair on my head; I lost my eyebrows too! Losing my eyebrows just put me over the edge, so to speak…not my EYEBROWS too! I have to admit, I am fascinated with the perfect eyebrow & I can honestly say, I didn’t have the perfect eyebrow until I met Lorine. The first time I went in to see Lorine was about a year & a ½ after my first successful battle with the illness. I grew very tired of drawing in my brows & needed help. I met with Lorine & immediately wanted her to give me the eyebrows I wanted my entire life. Lorine is professional, caring, & passionate about her business; she is also an ARTIST because the eyebrows she penciled in before she began the permanent makeup process were absolutely PERFECT; perfect arch, perfect shape, perfect compliment to MY face. Lorine surrounds herself with professionals who care about their customers & realize that repeat business & word-of-mouth is all the advertising you need to run a successful, growing business in a very convenient location with lots of free parking behind the spa. Today (a few years & another battle with cancer later) I went back in to see Lorine for a eyebrow touch-up & permanent eyeliner…might as well have a professional help me with the liner too! My eyes look AMAZING!!! It’s incredible how good you can feel on the inside when you feel so “pretty” on the outside too; this couldn’t mean more to a cancer survivor like me. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Zena Spa & look forward to many more visits in the years to come. I've tried several different spas and facialists...this place is by far the BEST!!! I had the facial with RULA. She was wonderful. She addressed all my concerns and gave me the most wonderful facial and the best microdermabrasion treatment...my skin has never looked better. Can't wait to go back to you, Rula! We will definitely make this a monthly ritual. more
