Review content:
I bought an 2001 Audi A6 2.7T. Ever since the car has been in and out of the shop and has had over $8500 worth of work done on it. I am just glad that I bought a waranty with it.
Their customer service is terrible and they are very shady. First they told me that anything wrong with the car will be fixed. The Check Engine light came back on after a few days even though they said they had fixed it. Brakes went out after a few weeks.
So Far work done includes:
1)Torque Convertor
2)Alternator
3)Drive Train
4)Oil Pan cover
5)Bumper
6) Blower Motor
7)Water Pump
8)Turn Signals
Now it needs a new timming belt and spark plugs. I am totally done with freeman and also Audis. This is not the place to buy a used German car. I wonder how they stay in business. I am glad there is a site like this. I should have checked before using them.
Pros: None
Cons: Shady people, problem cars.
