I understand a 24 hour cancellation policy, i really do. If someone is negligent and doesn't show up without notice, that's completely disrespectful. I'm a nurse, and last night I came home feeling run down, flat out awful. This morning, I went to my doctor who diagnosed me with strep throat. Today was also my birthday, i made an appointment for spa treatments, but obviously wasn't in the condition to make it. I called Bella Sante to apologetically reschedule, and not only did they accuse me of lying about my condition, they also charged me for the appointment. LIke I said, I understand they're running a business and rely on customers keeping their appointments, but being called a liar was completely uncalled for. They can eat it. Happy Birthday.
