Needed a Wax and booked an appointment after reading the other reviews for Bella Sante. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. The facility and spa is top puts you at ease. The products and technique worked great, including post wax instructions and haven't had any breakouts. more

Great Spa 9/9/2011

The staff, ambiance, and service is great and well worth the price. One of the best Spa's I've been to. My only complaint is it would be great if they could stay open an hour later on Saturday's, this way I could fit in a massage after shopping but before dinner :-) more

The Best in Boston For Sure 5/27/2011

Good: I liked the lovely staff and the service was relaxing and tailered to my specific needs.. Bad: The services are pricey but worth every penny.. Improvements: If they could open earlier or stay open later that would be great for me. Other: Definitely the best on Newbury Street - five stars. more

Wonderful spa 11/11/2010

Bella Sante on Newbury has become my favorite spa because the services are consistently excellent and the staff friendly, talented and well trained. I love the blueberry facial and bella provence massage. Hot rocks massage is great too. more

Pampering galore 10/9/2005

I recently got a 50 minute massage at Bell Santé Spa. From the minute that I entered the spa, I was treated professionally and kindly by the staff. The staff members that I encountered were helpful and made me feel welcomed as a guest. I did not feel that anyone acted “snobbish” or rude. My massage was relaxing and definitely needed. My masseuse was attentive and did a fantastic job. I thought the facility was very sanitary and the spa in general was very organized. I have been to both Bella Santé locations in Boston and Lexington and have really enjoyed both my experiences. I would absolutely get another massage at this location. more

Relaxing and elegant! 8/30/2005

I just love this place. After moving to the area, I wanted to find a really great spa, and I did! I tried a couple others that paled in comparason. It is on the expensive side, but the atmosphere and wonderful people working there make it all worth it! Try Bella Sante, you won't be sorry! more

Great Massaging, a Bit Expensive 8/18/2005

This place is a ridiculously good day spa. The staff here are super nice and treat you very well, the massages are long and perfect, i don't think I have never felt more relaxed. However, it is a tad on the luxuriously expensive side, so people like myself can only afford to go about once every 2 years. It's certainly worth it though, if you're not a penny pincher or you can afford to do this for yourself every once in awhile. more

  • Bella Sante's interior is decidedly pampering and intentionally calming, with plush sofas and chairs for those waiting. Patrons are required to turn off cell phones and pagers; loud voices are strongly discouraged--and children aren't allowed. Day-spa standards, plus acupuncture and acupressure treatments, are offered. The variety of facials available include green tea, spirulina algae facials and oxygen. Hydrotherapy and steam rooms, various massages, nail (manicures and pedicures) and waxing services and packages are also available.
