All I can say is if I could post pictures of what they did to my windows and walls, I'd do it in a heartbeat. I was also horrified when the installer continued to verbally abuse us over the phone and also the way he talks to his receptionist. He definitely needs anger management and we actually did not invite him back to fix our walls because we were afraid he was capable of physical violence as well.
