Even one star is too much for them. I liked the receptionist - Dianne - and she was helpful. However, this guy Rxxx drove me crazy. He said if I could place an order on Saturday, he could install it two weeks later on Saturday. I trusted that and paid full price. (I was an idiot..) I was waiting to set an appointment, but no one contacted me even before the initial installation date. When I called the store on the expected installation day, the receptionist told me that products would be delivered next week and there's no Saturday job scheduled. I called Rxxx, and he said he doesn't work on Saturday b/c he's Jewish! Besides, he said he never promised to deliver the product on the expected day. I ended up fighting over the phone. There's no concept of customer service exists here and never do the business with them. Very dishonest, very unreliable.
Cons: very dishonest. No saturday work
