Review content:
DO NOT use their services. They damaged my walls while installing the shades and told me that it was a "service" for them to fix it. I thought I was saving money using him but ended up spending more since now I have to fix the walls. When they stood me up twice and when I complained they stated that "because I filed a complaint" they would not fix the walls and threatened to reneg on their 1 years service warranty (which I have in writing). To be honest, I thought it was hilarious he was saying this and more importantly, of course, ridiculous. More importantly, the installer, R**I, actually used a slew of curse words over the phone towards me.
I saw all the warning signs, such as not bringing his own ladder, forgetting his tools, very mean on the phone and in person, lying that he did a unit in our building but there is no record of it in our building manager's office, etc. Spend the extra $400-$500 because the other window treatment companies, if negotiated, will offer comparable prices. SAVE YOURSELF THE TRAUMA AND AGGRAVATION!!!!!
