When I called for appointment, I told receptionist, salesman had to remove shoes a/c cats. When he came in to measure the blinds salesman was cooperative. When he came to install blinds, he gave me a story about foot accdient prevented him removing shoes. One of the blinds was too narrow - an inch too much space on each side.. Right after he installed it, he complained about the dust he had to deal with from the window. I didn't notice misfit while he kept complaining about dust.
I called store next day and salesman told me he would take care of it. Over 2 weeks i called store again - he never got back to me.
