Review content:
Several complaints. All was going well, but when something went wrong on their part, I was made to feel as though it was my fault- they took NONE of the blame. If they had at least shared the blame with me, I might be returning -- in spite of the expensive products pushed, the miscommunication of stylists, and constant videos of fashion shows of totally unrealistic models. I left NY to get away from all that ridiculousness! If you get a stylist who is kind, don't be so sure it is genuine.
