I waited 1hr and 45 minutes past my appointment time! Everytime I have an appointment, they run AT LEAST 45 minutes late!! UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Plus, the "relaxation room" is nothing but relaxing. They rap music they play is at such a HIGH volume, you can't even think, let alone relax. Are you serious! Rap music at a spa??!! BLARING!? They are so unprofessional it is ridiculous!
Cons: Horrible service, not relaxing!
