What ever you do, do not go there. I have three large scars on my legs from a sclerotherapy procedure done there. After giving them almost a year to fix them, I gave up. It will cost me over $3000 to have them fixed and the scars will never go away. They did not even give me the courtesy of a phone call when I sent them a letter. Now they want me to let them fix my legs again. REALLY? more

THIS PLACE IS UNDERSTAFFED! They do not know how to treat all clients. The staff always calls in sick and you will always have your appointment rescheduled. They need a whole new management overhaul. more

WIsh I had started doing treatments years ago with how amazing the treatments are at Sleek in Braintree! 1st off, I was impressed right off the bat with how clean and pretty the establishment is...2nd the women who work there are all knowledgeable and seem to really care about all their patients. At first I didnt know what to expect. TEveryone who works there looks the part but I was impressed with the welcoming feeling I received...alot of salons, and spas I have gone to in the past have a stuffy "we are doing you a favor" feeling. My initial treatment meeting was with their consultant, NIcole. She was beyond nice and very knowledgable. I bought a few packages for the problems I was having and its been a few months and I have seen a huge difference in my body and face treatments...I am very very happy!!! Even months later, the consultant checks in on my progress and always remembers my name, etc... I think its rare in this area to get top notch care and quality with decent prices and i did my research...sleek is definitely the best mix of both! I really can't say enough about the manager at sleek in braintree, the practioners who have cared for me, the consultant, or the facility. more

I would actually give it less than 1 star if I could. Do yourself a favor and go to a dermatologist's office for your laser skin treatments, they offer the exact same services and often it can be covered by insurance, the MD makes this determination. For the same cost you get your laser treatments administered and or overseen by an MD. I am now having my laser treatments done at my dermatologist for the exact same cost as the sleek spa treatments, and this time the treatments are actually working at removing my skin discolorations. The dermatologist and his staff actually know what they are doing and which lasers work best for which issues. The girls at Sleek do not, they are highly incompetent. At Sleek I had IPL treatments, the girls running the lasers are at best incompetent, really they are uneducated, inconsistent, poorly trained. They do not escalate when the client is unhappy, well they do escalate, to an even more unprofessional manager of treatments. I hate to say it but the worse one is the manager of the treatments. She is really not bright , truly. There is no one for a customer to turn to when we are not happy, well at least not a knowledgeable medical professional. I plan to write a detailed letter to the CEO. In terms of the surgical aspects of this business, i have no opinion, presumably for these, you are treated by MDs so I suspect it would be different than these laser treatments. For the amount of money these treatments cost one deserves to get excellent results, with treatmets adjusted to suit one's needs. You can get this level of treatment at just about any dermatologist's office in the area, as well as at many plastic surgeon's offices. Pease please please make a few phone calls to some dermatologists or google - there are many offering these SPA services s with much better results and much more professionalism, and the doctor is right on site in case you are not pleased with the results, or if the treatments need adjusting. Treatment can be adjusted by someone who acually knows what they are doing. I am very very unhappy with the work of Sleek. more

At first i got the promotional 50% off for my facial hair and my underarm, then they said facial hair divided into area and not the whole face. This is a lifetime guarantee treatment contract, I only want to do my upper lip and lower lip plus chin are and my two side-burn, then the side-burn is not working i change it to bikini, they said that they can give me a promotion if i do a Brazilian and not a bikini. I end up paying total over 3k($3000) but not working out at all. My under arm hair still grow out and my upper lips hair still grow, my Brazilian area is still the same a little less hair on the top and that was it. I have been treating here over a year now over 10 times and now every-time that i schedule a an appointment and i can not make it i have to wait 3 months for them to have spot to put me in. What does "lifetime guarantee" worth if you can not get a continuous treatment and your hair is growing as before. Spending over 3k in this spa was a waste of time and money. When i call for appt in other place they always said that it all book, no time slot. I'm thinking of bringing them to court. more

I agree with Helene!! The staff is great and does nothing but try to be attentive and helpful to everyone that walks through that door! I have literally sat in the front and watched people walk in, get greeted by even more than one staff member, and then attended to within no time! I've also witnessed people come in screaming at the staff ( which by the way is completely inappropriate who taught you your manners?!) and still they maintain composure while assisting them however they can! The promotions are great and they keep me in mind every time to see if it's something I'd like to take advantage of. The micros and peels are amazing and of course I keep buying more, your skin requires upkeep! Don't be fooled by "cheaper" versions at salons or day spas. These are medical grade. I've had the pampering smell nice kind of facials and sure they feel great at the time, but literally once you walk out that door it has done nothing long lasting to your skin! I'd rather spend the money on long term results. The laser hair removal is great as well. It's what they're known for. I've had the pleasure of being able to start during the lifetime guarantee offer which is amazing! How many spas do you know that can offer that? If it didn't work, it wouldn't be an offer. I understand it will be a process but like HeleneD said, people have unrealistic expectations. These things don't work overnight! And seriously!? About the music....do you really feel the need to criticize their music?? Do you complain about your doctor's music, or your dentist's, or even your hairdresser's? Didn't think so. Let's try not to focus on such irrelevant things ladies! To sum it up, great place and great people :) more

When I saw the negative reviews, I had to voice my opinion. Are we talking about the same Spa? I have been going to Sleek Braintree for almost 2 years now and have never had anything but a wonderful experience! The staff are like old friends now, I feel like I'm going to a girlfriends, but they still maintain a professional posture. . I have taken advantage of numerous specials over the years, the staff are always quick to call me when they think a special is something they know would be right for me. And I love that they have 2 different options for financing........it makes a once upon a time out of reach treatment possible for people like me who don't have disposible income! I have had photo facials, glycolic peels, micro dermabrasion, botox, and dermal fillers. I have never been disappointed. The results have always been wonderfully natural. And I am always told that if there is a problem, they will fix it.........but there never has been! As far as one womans complaint about the loud music.......did you ever think of requesting that they turn it off in the room you were in? Music taste varies from person to person. I'm sure they would have done their best to accomodate you! It is my opinion that sometimes people have unrealistic expectations of what all these procedures can do for you. They are not miracles, they are meant to help you look fabulous at whatever age you are..........not to make you look 20 when you're 50! My skin actually looks far better than it did when I was in my 30's. At 53 I can proudly go out without makeup..........I NEVER did that when I was 30 something! I waited 1hr and 45 minutes past my appointment time! Everytime I have an appointment, they run AT LEAST 45 minutes late!! UNEXCEPTABLE!!! Plus, the "relaxation room" is nothing but relaxing. They rap music they play is at such a HIGH volume, you can't even think, let alone relax. Are you serious! Rap music at a spa??!! BLARING!? They are so unprofessional it is ridiculous! I was extremely dissapointed with this spa. I first went in for a consult to correct some VERY VERY minor lose skin on my lower stomach due to pregnancy. I weigh barely 100 pds and am in great shape so I was looking for something to help tighten this small area. I was told that they were getting this amazing laser in a few weeks and It would work perfect for this area, infact they told me I was the perfect person to do this where I was so in shape. So I was soo excited, they showed me pictures and I was sold. They told me I needed to pay in full that day in order to get some special they were offering but it ended that day. So I paid $2000, and was told to wait at the most 2 weeks. Well once they had their money 2 weeks passed and I did not hear from them, so I called they said nope its not in yet, to make a long story short it finally came in 4 MONTHS LATER!!!!!! Finally it was in I was kinda mad at how long it took but excited to get started. I was told I needed to do the TX's 3 weeks apart, well they were sharing the machine with all the locations in mass so I got a total of 4 TX's over the course of a yr, they could never get me in. Well I NEVER saw any difference what so ever and funny how after I paid for it and was almost done with TX I told them I really saw 0 difference and they said well this area is really hard to treat and that results would prob not happen ect... OKAY well why was I told I was perfect for this and that it was def going to work???????? THEN they have the oddasity to offer me to do botox and b/c of the tx that did not work they would give me $100 off!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? 100 dallars off a 1400 tx after I paid them 2000 dallars for absolutely NOTHING!!!! Its like I toll that money and through it out the window!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!! They will tell you exactly what you want to hear untill they get your money then they could care less. Thats why everything has to be paid for up front before the tx !!!! I will never ever give them another cent!!!! I would NEVER rec this place to anyone!!!!! Cons: DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!! more

The staff was AMAZING they all made me feel so comfortable. They answered all of my questions, I started treatments about 2 months ago, I am doing Lipo Dissolve and Photo Facials. I have been getting great results. I have to be honest I was a sceptical about the Lipodissolve but I have lost a total of 3 inches so far. I wold reccomend it hands down to anyone. Great customer service, great treatments and great staff and what a beautiful location. If you are ever considering any cosmetic medical treatments you must try Sleek Medspa. They definatly have me as a long time customer. more
