Review content:
My husband and I went to Lulu's this weekend for the first time. Several friends had highly recommended it, so we decided to try it. We had the BEST time. The violinist there is top notch --- she has toured with major Broadway musicals and is truly exceptional! At the next table from us was a retired director from the LA Philharmonic and a renowned cellist himself who commented on the exceptional talent of this lovely lady! If she wasn't so talented, I would have started with the food! We started our dinner with a lovely Chardonnay -- and to our surprise, a complementary Pate Platter was served with our wine --- delicious! We then had the French Onion Soup --- some of the best I have ever tasted in the United States. It took me back to my travels in France. We then had the Salmon (tender, delicious!) and the Osso Bucco (absolutely perfect!). We finished our dinner with Creme Brulee. This was one of the best creme brulees I have had. I cannot believe it took us so long to go to this quaint, family-owned restaurant. You should try it --- it won't disappoint! Pros: Food and Entertainment Cons: None --- it was lovely
