Recently attended a conference held at the Crowne Plaza. Overall service levels were exceptional. Food quality can only be described as delicious. The hotel has undergone a major renovation and the look is extrodinary. The rooms are comfortable, clean and fully equiped for a great night sleep. I was truely impressed with the hotel.. One of the best Crowne Plaza's in the U.S. I will return with my family for a great vacation in the near future and definitely stay at this hotel... It is a wow..
Pros: great service, food, warm friendly staff, great rooms and brand new..
Cons: needs a casino attached to be perfect
