You have rooms available then why the hell did you make my daughter and her husband leave They were told after spending tues thru friday there they had to leave because you all had been sold out for the weekend. they had manditory evecation from their waldo canyon home still dont know if it is burned or not and had no where to go and yet you made them leave. So dont freaking say you have rooms available for all those that have been evecuated. I would never recommend crown plaza. more

Would return to Crowne Plaza! 6/22/2011

I asked for a late check out.  I explained I was working outdoors all day and before I went to the airport I wanted to shower.  The staff allowed me to check out at 3pm, which was fantastic.  I was able to drive to the airport in fresh clothes and withouth the track smell. For this reason alone, if I am in the area of Colorado Springs, I will stay here. more

Great staff and food 6/6/2011

I stayed here with two teenaged girls and really enjoyed our stay. The Decor was modern and attractive. Hotel and grounds very clean. Rooms and bed very comfortable. Loved having an overstuffed chair in the room as well. We were given tickets for a free breakfast through Priority Club. Missed the express breakfast ( in a slightly different location) by just a few minutes...we were standing there looking dejected when the restaurant manager invited us to the Breakfast Buffet and honored our tickets. Restaurant staff was awesome as well. the rate was very reasonable with the discount for government employee more

GREAT 5/31/2011

I have stayed at many Crowne Plaza Hotels and this one is like most of the rest, no real big surprises. The staff are very nice and quite helpful. The beds are second to none!! I do sleep better in these beds than I do in my own. The location is very nice located a short distance from many of the local attractions, and the shuttle service is very accommodating. more

Free shuttle to and from airport and to local places. Large breakfast buffet. Free internet available in lobby. Food and beverage manager asked us individually about our satisfaction with the service and the food. Friendly helpful staff. Good conferences facilities. Pool and hot tub. Lots to see and do in Colorado Springs. more

Everything was so Smooth 1/10/2011

The hotel facilities were perfect for a conference of 150+ - all rooms were arranged as needed - clean, comfortable temperature. Staff (at ALL levels) were 100% professional & there to be of service at all times. From the initial planning with the hotel to closing the account & paying the bill, everything went so smoothyly. Great Weekend 12/28/2010

I recently held a Scrapbooking retreat at the Crowne Plaza and it was a fantastic weekend. The rooms were wonderful with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and beautiful bedding. The conference room we were assigned was set up and ready upon our arrival. Anything we asked for was provided in a timely manner and we were always greeted with a smile. Our meals were served on time and the food was delicious. The wait staff was very pleasant. We had a great weekend and we will plan to stay at the Crowne Plaza again. more

Unbeatable 12/9/2010

I had to go to Colorado Springs unexpectedly for business. Very happy with the extremely helpful staff, extra clean rooms , indoor pool very clean. An older property a but couldn’t get over how clean it was!!!!! I will be back. more
