I was looking for a place to watch the Jets-Dolphins on a Sunday night with my friend from NY. This place had great atmosphere--crazy loud fans screaming throughout just what we wanted. You expect the food at a sports bar to suck but this didn’t (unfortunately the Dolphins did). Great burger, awesome, wings. They got a ton of flat screens with different games goin’ on. Been there a number of times now so I’ve tried a good chunk of the menu and I’ve yet to be disappointed. I guess they have ex-players in for big games. Went in on a Monday night, Mark Duper was there. Got an autograph for my nephew. Highly recommend it over Upper Deck. UD is near Gulf Stream but this place is literally in the casino. For some reason I never really thought of goin’ for the casino but I brought my girlfriend who HATES sports bars and it actually worked out perfect. She had the calamari which was surprisingly good. I had the roasted pork sandwich was excellent with better than average fries. She came because a friend told her they had virtual blackjack so she went onto the casino floor after we ate and had a great time. Some times sports bars can have snooty waitresses or girls behind the bar who think they’re hotter than they are. Not here, really friendly service. And you do occasionally get some smoking hot showgirls wandering around which is of course always nice. Overall my favorite sports bar no question. Get there early if there’s a big game because it can get crowded.
