Review content:
I am a retired licensed landscape architect. My experience with this contractor was the worst that I have ever known. A 10 week project took a year, the plans were not followed, the personnel was not competent, the contractor did not keep his word, the project was not managed properly and it was almost impossible to get anything in writing from the contractor. The contractor can be a nice person, he just doesn't keep his promises or get the job done.
Pros: Nice person
Cons: Does not get the job done on time or properly
