Just bought a new house, so I had to have a lot of work done, after having all the interior work and other major work done around my house I hired Precision. They revamped the whole landscape of my house I barely recognize it and they did it with keeping in my budget. They were real easy to communicate with and I'm very happy I used this company! more

Having never used a landscape company before, I was a little wary about hiring one. But we could not do the work we wanted done (a large stone paver pathway + large shrub removal + irrigation) by ourselves, so when a friend recommended Precision Landscape, we gave them a call. We worked mainly with Jennifer Webster for the design process and my husband and I were both very impressed with her. She was great and offered us lots of ideas that made a big difference in our final results, without being pushy - she listened to what we wanted too and steered us in a direction that worked for us but also made landscape design sense. We got a two more estimates from other landscape companies; one was much higher, the other only slightly higher but the person we dealt with was so unfriendly that we had to go with Precision, and we were so happy we did. The execution of the work happened on time and was completed early in both cases, which blew us both away. That never happens! Precision's crews were friendly and professional and did some seriously back-breaking work in no time. They took out some massive old shrubs and made it look easy. They installed irrigation that was a combination of sprinklers, drip lines, and a large pipe to take water from our rain gutters all the way to our curb, and it all works great. The stone paver path they installed looks fantastic, and we gave them some pretty strict parameters within which to work - I was extra picky about how I wanted certain large stones to lay, and when I came back from work and saw the final path, I was thrilled and so impressed. We get so many comments on it now! Finally, Jennifer gave us some tips about xeriscaping and suggested some plants. We did the rest of the planting ourselves because we love to garden, but thanks to her suggestions, our front yard is now gorgeous and our neighbors love it too. This letter was written for the sole purpose of letting perspective clients of precision landscape know how happy we are with the results of our design. Our entire landscape around our house was burned in the 2007 wildfires. the front, the back and both sides. we lost our fencing, our patio cover the majority of our plants, our grass, as well as any hope that we would be able to recover what we lost either financially or emotionally. After navigating through the rough road of insurance underpaying our claim, we began the search for a landscaping company. We had three different companies come out and promise us the world, then we received two of those bids and came to realization that we were going to have to do the majority of the work ourselves.... Until Art Sanchez, the owner of Precision Landscape submitted his ideas and his bid. Art did everything he could to make sure we got what we wanted at a price we could afford. The quality work and craftsmanship throughout the entire project has been remarkable. We can't even begin to tell you how trilled we are with the results Art has an amazing aptitude for knowing just the right plant or architectural element that will bring your ideas to life. His crew was always on time, and always ready to work, even on rainy days. if there was something they could do in the rain, they would get it done. Friday, September 18 at 7:30 AM, Victor arrived to trim a pine tree that was in common ground at University Canyon East Condo site. The Board approved the work and I spoke with Victor and took him to my back yard to show him the pine tree that was blocking the view of the canyon, Mission Bay and the ocean for me and my neighbor. Victor went right to work and in a short time I had the view that I use to have a few years ago. I just want to say that Precision Landscape does a fantastic job. At our home, Precision Landscape recently: · Installed 1,800 sq ft of synthetic grass, · Removed all vegetation from a steep 1,300 sq ft bank, · Planted 60 new plants and 25 flats of ground cover, · Put in three new drip irrigation systems, · Removed two trees, and · Trimmed two large pine trees. Each of these projects was completed on time, at a very competitive price, and in the most professional manner. We recently contracted with this company to provide a water saving landscape to replace one that was turning brown under newly imposed water restrictions. The quoted bid was 2/3 of others we received, and we were excited by the design they provided . The finished product was even better than we anticipated. We have received numerous compliments from neighbors who are watching their lawns die. We are satisfied and relieved to have a beautiful yard with plants and trees that are appropriate to the new realities of the water shortage in this area. We would recommend this company to anyone seeking professional work by warm and competent people. In fact, we are now having them put in some side and backyard landscaping which includes a garden. Precision Landscape recently completed the renovation of our front and back yard. Originally I had 4 different landscape companies bid the job. I was very impressed with Art since he took his time to explain exactly how they were going to do our yard. He made sure my wife was there too, which impressed me, since he really wanted to know our exact needs and wants. The other companies just quoted costs without any kind of interview. My wife and I are very pleased with our new look of the yard. Art’s crew worked very hard to complete the yard. I was actually surprised at how quickly the job was completed. The crew was punctual, friendly and easy to work with! They even suggested some great ideas to incorporate into our plans of the yard which turned out to be great additions to our original plans. We ended up having 7 change orders and they were very patient and accommodating to our needs. The job was completed a few weeks ago but we are still able to contact Art or Greg with any questions or problems. They are out to our house by the next working day helping to solve our issue or guide us on the use of our new irrigation system. Art and his crew put in a 50' retaining wall in our back yard. We got an estimate from Art on Thursday at 6 pm and his crew was on the job before 8 AM the next day, and finished by Wednsday of the next week. Since then I've refered numerus friends to Precision Landscape,when they saw the wall and I told them the price they asked for the phone #. We are now planing our native landscaped backyard and Art is again our first choice for landsape services. I just can't say enough about Art and what he will bring to your project. We contracted with this company and the owner, Art Sanchez, is a dream to work with, very communicative. He was always professional, courteous and finalized the job EARLY! I have used the services of Precision Landscape on four projects. The end result of last project exceeded my expectations and is a showpiece. Their company is the only one I will consider using for my landscaping needs. The owner of the company and staff possess integrity and pride in their work. The essence of a successful project is to accurately communicate your goals to the staff. I contracted with Precision Landscape recently to install 700 SF of artificial turf. The job was promised to be completed in 5-7 days and was actually finished in 5 days. The results were spectactular; the workers were friendly and cooperative. The owner, Mr. Art Sanchez, was knowledgeable and highly competent. I have absolutely no complaints about this company and would recommend Mr. Sanchez and his crew to any of my friends or family. 5 star rating is well deserved. And the price was below market according to my investigations. Mr. Sanchez also included a high quality frame on which to hang/attach the turf giving a final firm fit. I am a retired licensed landscape architect. My experience with this contractor was the worst that I have ever known. A 10 week project took a year, the plans were not followed, the personnel was not competent, the contractor did not keep his word, the project was not managed properly and it was almost impossible to get anything in writing from the contractor. The contractor can be a nice person, he just doesn't keep his promises or get the job done. Pros: Nice person Cons: Does not get the job done on time or properly more
