I inherited my home from my parents. I decided to have a well installed roof performed by a BBB A+ rated company. Heartland states they are the # 1.
Yikes! The people at Heartland are the biggest crooks in the world. My home ( inherited) for the first time in 24 years had 64 leaks.... it was like not having a roof at all.
The personal at Heartland were obnoxious and rude and could not fix most of the leaks.
The employees that put on the roof were migrant laborers with one job boss that could speak English. The damages to my ceilings and walls caused by the holes in the roof were not covered by the warranty, only the leak.
I called my uncle that works for the sheriffs department for help, and if anyone knows where this company is, to call the sheriffs department. They have 43 court appointment notices to serve on this company.
I had to spend $3500 to repair the roof and water damage after paying Heartland $ 5300 to install a new roof.
Pros: One person spoke english
Cons: House can now strain rice!
