Heartland Roofing

After using another local roofer to replace our roof from storm damage, we ended up with nothing but problems. Heartland came in and repaired the damage the other roofer left behind at a reasonable cost. I had to speak to receptionist several times throughout the process, and she is very friendly and always returns calls. Both the individual who came to give the quote as well as the individual who actually did the work were both nice and professional. I paid for the work AFTER it was finished, and I approved. I would recommend this company to anyone for good service at a reasonable price. The individuals who work here excel at customer service! more

I woke up one morning with water dripping from the ceiling of my bathroom. I called 3 roofing companies & left messages with them all. The only one to call me back was Heartland Roofing. The woman that answered said she would have the repairman call me. Within 2 hours, Jason called me and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. He was prompt and told me that a "boot" around the vent over the bathroom was old & needed to be replaced. He even told me that the rest of the roof looked ok, but if I had any other problems to give him a call and left me his mobile number along with the office number. It didn't cost me an arm & a leg for the repair, either! I recommend this company to my friends. more

Heartland Roofing did a great job from start to finish. The office was pleasant, the salesman took the time to answer my questions (this was the first new roof for me) & help me with my insurance claim, and the workmen had my roof on in a day! You couldn't even tell there was work done on my property except for my beautiful new roof. I've already reccommended them! Thank you, Heartland! more

I inherited my home from my parents. I decided to have a well installed roof performed by a BBB A+ rated company. Heartland states they are the # 1. Yikes! The people at Heartland are the biggest crooks in the world. My home ( inherited) for the first time in 24 years had 64 leaks.... it was like not having a roof at all. The personal at Heartland were obnoxious and rude and could not fix most of the leaks. The employees that put on the roof were migrant laborers with one job boss that could speak English. The damages to my ceilings and walls caused by the holes in the roof were not covered by the warranty, only the leak. I called my uncle that works for the sheriffs department for help, and if anyone knows where this company is, to call the sheriffs department. They have 43 court appointment notices to serve on this company. I had to spend $3500 to repair the roof and water damage after paying Heartland $ 5300 to install a new roof. Fast, before you can inspect the work, they are gone. Warranty... Try to find the Company or have leaks repaired. This LLC has a gaggle of mail boxes, and P.O. Boxes scattered across Middle Tennessee. Some of the trucks have mail boxes attached, so you had better be quick . If you want to know the real truth about this company ? Check the Circuit Court docket in Wilson County Tennessee. If you are thinking about using this company, try going to their place of business! or call the BBB and ask for their summary of complaints... Then choose a real roofing company. Heartland Roofing put my roof on almost 7 years ago. The salesman was to the point, knew what he was talking about, answered ALL of my questions, and gave me a very competitive price. I have not had to use their warranty service yet, but when the storms came through this past February and ripped part of my fascia board off, they were there within 24 hours and repaired it at a reasonable price. Fast, friendly, helpful! I reccommend Heartland to ANYONE needing a new roof or just minor repairs. Pros: An actual person answers the phone, not a recording more

We spent the extra money on Heartland for our home's roof replacement because they offered a ten year guarantee. Within a few weeks, we had a leak. The representative they sent out was belligerent to my wife from the moment he got out of his truck, telling her it was "impossible" that the roof leaked. He ultimately repaired the leak, but he was unpleasant and unprofessional. Fast forward nine years - another slow leak revealed itself in front of the house. The Heartland representative's response over the phone was similar to the first instance - before even looking at it, he insisted this was most likely not their fault and would probably not be covered. When he finally came out, he insisted there was nothing wrong with the installation, and proved to be a master of doublespeak in trying to blame multiple other factors for our leaking roof, despite the fact that he couldn't seem to locate where the leak was coming from. The roof kept leaking. Even though Heartland maintained the leak was not their fault, they told us that if we had anybody other than their representative get up on the roof, the guarantee would be void. We finally had another roofer examine it. He quckly discovered a slow leak that had been active for a long time and had finally corroded the beadboard ceiling to the point where it had rotted. We spent $1,500 with another contractor to get it fixed. So much for Heartland and their disingenuous "guarantee." Never, ever use this company. Just one call to the receptionist was all I needed to make me keep looking. They are the rudest people. I also checked the local consumer database and their reviews are very negative. Also note, that prior review was posted by someone who has a name very similar to the listed business owner. Classy.
