Review content:
I found the other reviews of Enviama pretty spot on - it's a great find in philly - but I think it's important to know in advance that the waiting area is really a little store that is used as a pass through area. Maybe because I was there around the holidays and they were busier than usual, but this is not the type of relaxing spa spot that I would usually prefer. Sure, they made me a cup of tea, but I couldn't really sit and enjoy it because people were bustling around me shopping. The treatment room is located right next to this busy area and I could hear people talking and conducting transactions throughout my massage. That being said - there are times when you want to go and really relax and then there are times that you want the best possible treatment. Ananda is a great massage therapist and gave one of the best deep tissue massages I've ever had. She was really warm and considerate and willing to taylor the experience to exactly what I needed.
Pros: skilled staff, organic products
Cons: busy/noisy waiting lounge
