Specializing in kung fu, tai chi, kickboxing and mixed martial arts, the White Dragon Martial Arts school in San Diego (Clairemont area) is a great place to learn weather you are a beginner or more experienced. The instruction is high quality, the school is really clean, and the students make the experience special. White Dragon creates a friendly atmosphere and gives every student personal instruction. What could be better than that! The adult Kung Fu classes at White Dragon are great for your overall fitness level and for learning practical self-defense. Kids do well too. They learn essential life skills like discipline, confidence and respect. White Dragon also has a very strong tai chi program. White Dragon teaches a full tai chi curriculum that includes traditional hand forms and beautiful tai chi weapon forms like the bamboo fan and straight sword. White Dragon Martial Arts also has a strong combative arts tradition. They have prepared many students for combative arts competitions like kickboxing, submission grappling and tai chi push hands.
