What stood out most to me about White Dragon Martial arts is the personalized training. I wanted to join martial arts with my family: my 20 year old sister, my middle aged mom with knee problems, and my eight year old little brother. The instructors of the school were super friendly and were able to set us up with a lesson plan that fit all of our individual needs. What could be better than that! The adult Kung Fu classes at White Dragon are great for your overall fitness level and for learning practical self-defense. Kids do well too. They learn essential life skills like discipline, confidence and respect. White Dragon also has a very strong tai chi program. White Dragon teaches a full tai chi curriculum that includes traditional hand forms and beautiful tai chi weapon forms like the bamboo fan and straight sword. White Dragon Martial Arts also has a strong combative arts tradition. They have prepared many students for combative arts competitions like kickboxing, submission grappling and tai chi push hands.
