I am an avid aquarist. I have 5 fish tanks ranging from 30 gal to 300 gal. When I first found out about Big Al's I thought it was great. Finally everything in one place. Then I started to notice that some of the pricing was....well weird to say the least. Things that I knew the price on already from other stores when I inquired on the same make and model in Big Al's the price was much higher. I thought they quoted me wrong. I went to Big Al's online and sure enough everything that I got a price on in the store was much MUCH lower online even with the shipping included. I was pricing a new 150 gal reef setup I wanted to do and when i compared Big Al's online to Big Al;s store if I bought everything except for the tank and stand(they don't ship them) I could save $487.00. I wrote to them online and did not get a response. Just something to think about. You can check for yourself.
