You have to question why they advertise so much on TV... maybe because they do not have repeat customers. With the service I received I can see why.I wanted to sell some items that I just wasn't wearing. I called before I stopped in and they seemed nice on the phone, but... They were very rude and I felt like I was being robbed. The young man threw my items back at me when I questions the price and what the weight of one of the rings was. I had no idea and wanted to know. He acted like I was scum and beneath him. While I was standing there another man was in the same situation questioning their offer on his items and he was getting the same treatment.
I would never recommend these people. They should not advertise that they buy jewelry if they really are not interested.
