Good: Super fast order to install time, In fact it was the same day I ordered the service. The service tech was courteous and knowledgeable. The speed of the connection was faster than any cable or DSL I had had before. This wireless connection cranked out a full 32Mb/s. Bad: 100Gig download limit per month. Which would cause overage charges if I were a Netflix monkey.. Improvements: on the rare occasions I have trouble late at night their office is closed. 24 Hour support would be nice. Other: All in all this service is a cable and DSL killer. I was confused that it was satellite service and the installer gently reminded me that it was terrestrial. Which was good because when I play Halo III I consistently have negligible lag times. All in all its an awesome connection. The only thing better to get is a Utopia fiber connection..
