My condo association has been with Beven & Brock for many, many years. We have been with two different property managers over those years. Both of them seemed concerned about our association, and me as an individual homeowner, when I needed them. As with some other writers here, I know that there were times when the service was not perfect. In my experience, some of their personnel are more people-friendly, more attuned to customer service than others. They should work on that. But overall, I have found them to be professional and responsive. When I needed to rent out my unit for a year, they found me a good tenant who continues to pay good rent.
Pros: Attentive and Professional
