Useless people who work for them! I've read some of the reviews, and I can't say I'm the least surprised by any of it. I can't believe how incompetent they are, you need to chase them around in order to get anything done, and they never get things correct the first time around, it's a constant "drama" on their part to do anything that would make sense to anyone with a brain in their head. I've only had to deal by email and phone, if I went in person, they'd all be out of jobs. I don't like to chase people down, we have enough to worry about, taking care of tenants/rentals. Fin and his partner are cool, in case anyone wants to know, at least in MO. If you could deal with them directly, I'd say, go for it, BUT, it's unfortunate they need to hire people, even if they aren't the brightest bulbs on the tree. Pros: You've got to be joking!? Cons: Everything.
