I have lived in a Bevan & Brock managed property, the same one, for nearly 6 1/2 years. I have had a very good relationship with my personal property manager the whole time. Bevan & Brock responded quickly to my needs for repairs, service or any problem that arose. I cannot say that they were perfect as I have been a bit disappointed once or twice with customer service calls made over the phone and the way the person who took my call acted towards me. However, this happened only maybe twice in over 6 years and was the exception and not the rule! The great majority of the time I received friendly and curteous service and help!
I feel that this company understands how to deal with me, the customer/consumer. They do a good job communicating and letting me know what is happening with my problem or concern. They responded quickly to my needs and took care of urgent situations faster than I could have hoped. I found it a pleasure to have such a responsible management company serving me and am a bit sad to be moving and not be able to have Bevan and Brock manage the property where I live, any longer!
