I've lived in Pasadena over 20 years and have known many people who lived in Beven and Brock rentals, and I've yet to hear a complaint about their property mgmt. service. What I do hear is that their maintenance is fast, it's very easy to find and see a vacant unit, their office is open 7 days/week, and the staff are helpful. I also have met 4 owners who have their properties managed by Beven and Brock, and each has raved about the comprehensive, speedy, and detailed service they receive. They've also said that Beven and Brock is 'extremely knowledgable' about the rental market in the San Gabriel Valley.
I've just heard lots of really good reports about this company.
