Review content:
After phoning them to get more information about a property they were managing, I drove 90 minutes to pick up the keys. Upon arriving I was told the property had already been rented. When I queried them as to when, I was informed it had been let the day prior. An extraordinary waste of my time not to mention a total lack of respect.
Be certain you determine if the property in which you are interested has a contract on it or a pending application before driving to their office.
