Their rental department employees are very rude and unprofessional. They claimed first come first serve and it wasn't the case for us. They screw us up and the apt. we like was taken away, without any appology they responsed "these thing happens and what is the problem" I would highly NOT recommend anyone to deal with them, since they also have poor review: check the review online
