Review content:
I will be very honest. When I went in to turn in my application for an apartment I was the kindest customer. The women at the very front desk was the one I needed to see (I won't name any names even though her card is sitting right in front of me ), anyway she was chatting away with some women who was not a customer, just a friend. I politley waited. After about 20min past her friend finally left. When I spoke to the women at the desk right in front of the entrance door she had no idea that the apartment I was intrested in was vacant. As I was speaking to her in the kindest way she would speak to me as if I were stupid. She would talk slow as if I did not know english. I am a minority, but she is too. I was very insulted, but I remained kind to her. She informed me that I needed to get certain papers and fax them to her. I kindly said thank you and returned about 20 mins later with the papers in hand. She then informed me that she gave away the apartment mins after I left. If you could only imagine the things I wanted to say to her, I held it in and kindly asked if there was another apartments with hardwood floors availiable, for some reason she did not understand the special HARDWOOD FLOORS request and gave me carpet apartments. I can go on and on but the point is this women at the very front desk needs to learn how to treat customers with respect. There was a guy there though, who was very kind. But just him, that doesnt say a lot for an entire agency. The majority of the employees do not know the term "service" and they do not value the meaning of "customer service". They will cause a lot of stress within the first 10 mins of meeting them. They can be annoying sharks, watch out!!!!
Pros: There was one young guy who was nice
Cons: Everyone else, not so nice
