My roommate and I were looking to rent a condo managed by Beven & Brock. During the viewing of the property, the manager on site informed us that the place was very much available and gave us the impression she was very interested in having us as tenants. We liked the condo and decided we wanted to pursue it. After numerous calls to inform the manager of the property that we wanted to move forward with renting the property, she never called us back or even left us a courtesy call if the property was no longer available for rent. We had no clue as to why she wouldn't return any of our calls. We are young professional women with good history.
The manager also lived on the property with her significant other and although we did not want to believe it to be true, the only reason my roommate could think of that may have caused the manager to dismiss us as potential tenants was a comment that she made about the "wandering eyes" her other half tended to have on young women.
We found their service to be rude,unresponsive, and very unprofessional!
