Good: Nothing. Bad: The man and woman who run this shop treat customers like an annoyance and both have highly disagreeable personalities. The shop is dirty, musty, and smells like cats. This couple has no idea how to run a business and after three years of frequenting this shop, I've decided I've had enough.. Improvements: I would like to see this business close for good and vacate the space for another more successful, customer-friendly business to take its place.. Other: Today I was in the shop and witnessed the front desk woman express visible disgust for a small group of special needs teenagers who were in the shop accompanied by a teacher and three paradeducators. The group was on a "field trip" in the community to practice life skills (like visiting a business, saying hello to the employees, and purchasing an item). The woman was unspeakable rude, did not say hello back when the group of students greeted her, and said she had work to do and retreated to the back room..
