Review content:
I went to Castle Dental ONCE and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The dentist was I saw was ok but the rest of the staff were in their own little worlds (and not this one, either....) The lady that schedules the appointments was extremely rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. ( I never went back to that appointement she made for me)! I had to have 2 shots and both of them were painful and to top it off when I got home I got a phone call stating I made my check out for the wrong amount and they needed the additional .11 cents or it would throw their books off! They hounded me for 3 days until I handed delivered their pennies!! Man, never again!
