The staff is always friendly and warm, yet professional. I never feel worried about going to a dentist anymore. They've done a great job every step of the way and have made my mouth feel so much better. more

The office staff was very understanding and Dr Elza with very nice and all them were I had not been to the dentist in years 15 at least and I had to have my wisdom teeth removed and he was very nice and understanding of my nervousness and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a good dentist. more

I have been visiting this office for appx 2 yrs and have been very happy with the staff. The office staff is always very friendly. The hygienist is very professional but makes you feel like her friend! I have recommended this office to many of my friends and co-workers! more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 4/27/2011

Horrible experience!! It started with a "New" employee who literally had to take 40 x-ray images of my mouth because she did not know how to operate the system. I know that can not be good to get that much x-ray exposure. Then the dentist came in and said that I needed some periodontal cleaning because "One" of my teeth were at a level 5. I have never had to have this in 25 years so I was skeptical and contacted a "Real" dentist who said they were just trying to get my money, that one tooth at a level 5 can be cleaned by thorough brushing! These people only care about your money and is an utter joke. DO NOT GO HERE! more

WATCH OUT! STAY CLEAR 3/14/2011

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS EXTREMELY RUDE! I have never had someone in what is suppose to be a professional setting YELL AT ME untill now. A very unpleasant experience! Save your time and money stay AWAY! more

I went to Castle Dental ONCE and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The dentist was I saw was ok but the rest of the staff were in their own little worlds (and not this one, either....) The lady that schedules the appointments was extremely rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. ( I never went back to that appointement she made for me)! I had to have 2 shots and both of them were painful and to top it off when I got home I got a phone call stating I made my check out for the wrong amount and they needed the additional .11 cents or it would throw their books off! They hounded me for 3 days until I handed delivered their pennies!! Man, never again! more
