Good: Utmost professionalism from start to finish. The field estimator,Jim, is amazing. Took his time, offered so many suggestions and options that the other companies I saw did not even mention. It was truly a personalized service. The proposed shower design was so much more functional than what others suggested. The finished installation is exquisite! The installers were all friendly and neat. I was given a nice demonstration for care and operation when the installation was finished.. Bad: There wasn't a single thing I found unpleasant when dealing with this company.. Other: I called every local person (Mirage Glass,Yorktown Shower,Strictly Shower) and ATM by far the best over all service- from the start it was obvious why they always seem to be rated so high. ATM also throws in quite a few a few extras that when compared to others, the price for the ATM glass door was about 100.00-115.00 less (free glass treatment, upgraded handle choices at no charge). I am horribly picky and I found working with these folks a breeze and well worth the money spent..
