ATM Mirror & Glass

Meet with everyone else then go and see these guys. Wow what a day and night operation from the other local offerings. Like some others said, this is a BIG company but with a real one-to-one personal attention we did not see displayed anywhere else. Utmost professionalism with an obvious knowledge about glass and styling that you wont see from the others (that is a promise, we met with some of the more popular places: Yorktown Shower, Mirage,Pleasantville glass) and ATM hands down has the deal. Very high tech shop area, lots of work going on. You get the sense that this is where it's all happening and that does give confidence. The designer is exceptional and proposed ideas and options we didn't get from others. Quick to throw in a bonuses that the others wanted about 200.00+ for. Their installers were extreamly professional and friendly, covered all working spaces. Left our bath area immaculate. Decent warranty. Delivered quickly (1.5-2 weeks). HIghly recommended. Like I said, call everyone else and then call these guys. We were so impressed at the huge difference across the board. more

Good: Extremely professional and more geared for the higher ticket items than anyone in Westchester, we looked. Very refined. Easily understood the scope of our project with terrific ease and offered more options than others. The level of knowledge and completed projects of our type (shower door and glass bar top) was leaps and bounds above the others. We also liked that they were more established, having a large shop that is organized looking with some expensive looking machinery (we didn't see that anywhere). Bad: Not anything we did not like per se, but don't expect them to drop their price to meet someone else's. But I will say that their design varied from what others proposed so (but we didn't realize that at first).. Other: This is a much different company than any of the others we consulted, others were like glass fix-it shops and ATM was just so much more polished and clearly vested in their trade. Big company but offered a personal feel that we didn't see with anyone else either. Our shower door and bar top is exceptional. I am positive that the others would not be able to come close to providing an equal item. They just didn't have the machines or the professionalism/know-how.. more

Good: Best selection in glass and hardware, saw alot there that I didn't see in other places. They make everything at their factory and have major machines so you know they are not some fly-by-night place. Better for higher ticket items. Bad: Don't really do a lot of the smaller stuff you see at glass shops, but I guess this place really isnt a glass shop, more like a glass construction company.. Other: This is a big company, but still they maintain a nice personal feel about them. If you're in the market for a larger project with glass, like your shower door or some of the other fancier glass stuff, I would say you cant lose with these guys. We looked around quite a bit before making a decision and this place was the biggest and most professional looking and acting. They did an A+ job and we suspected they would. For things like a piece of small glass I would probably go to a local mom and pop place thou. more

Good: Utmost professionalism from start to finish. The field estimator,Jim, is amazing. Took his time, offered so many suggestions and options that the other companies I saw did not even mention. It was truly a personalized service. The proposed shower design was so much more functional than what others suggested. The finished installation is exquisite! The installers were all friendly and neat. I was given a nice demonstration for care and operation when the installation was finished.. Bad: There wasn't a single thing I found unpleasant when dealing with this company.. Other: I called every local person (Mirage Glass,Yorktown Shower,Strictly Shower) and ATM by far the best over all service- from the start it was obvious why they always seem to be rated so high. ATM also throws in quite a few a few extras that when compared to others, the price for the ATM glass door was about 100.00-115.00 less (free glass treatment, upgraded handle choices at no charge). I am horribly picky and I found working with these folks a breeze and well worth the money spent.. more
