I adopted a dog, unfortunately she had more issues than I could handle. She was shy, aggressive with strangers and destructive in the house. I wanted someone to come to my house and show me what to do. I called Smartydog and they recommended behavioral obedience classes. Everything they told me on the phone made sense but I really needed someone to come to the house. I found another trainer who came to my house three times a week, but after a two months and a sizeable investment my dog wasn't making any progress. On the recommendation of my Veterinarian I took my dog to classes at the Smartydog Center. I can't even begin to tell you how well she is doing. The classes were not at all what I expected. There are so many life skills & confidence exercises. I really learned how to connect with my dog, if she gets stressed I can help her relax. This place was the best match for my dog and I.
