Review content:
My friend needed her car repaired recently. She asked around for mechanics and was sent to John's Auto Care (apparently he's a friend of a friend of a friend - or something like that). He was supposed to meet her there in the morning, so I went with her to meet him and take her home after dropping her car off. He never showed. She eventually took it to Fuji Motors next door - but somehow John managed to get the keys from them and worked on her car. She wasn't happy with the service, and really felt like he was overcharging her, but decided not to argue. After all that, he forgot to tighten some gasket, so she had to take it back - and he didn't fix the problem she wanted fixed in the first place. Even though he did give us free oil changes I wouldn't take my car there. You're better off going to a dealer or any known reputable shop that offers a warranty on their service. Stay away from John's Auto Care.
