Businiess name:  Tuxedos By Ana's Bridal Btq

Review content:
I ordered a bridesmaid dress April 6, and it shows up Sept. 2, less than 24 hours before my sister's wedding. This was after they kept lying to me, the maid of honor, AND the bride saying the dress was in. I kept telling them I live 2.5 hours away in CT and couldn’t make it during the weekday because of work. I called a few weeks before Aug. 13 to set up an appointment for that weekend, and they said the dress would be in. I called that Wednesday to confirm and it was fine. I got a call Friday night saying the dress wasn't in and not to come. I asked when would it be in, and they said maybe a few more days to another week. I called Ana every few days after that to keep checking on the dress. Tuesday before wedding, I call Ana. She assures me she has called the designer and the dress would be in Thursday. Ana calls on Thursday saying the dress isn't in. I went ballistic on her, and she said it wasn't her fault; it was the designer's fault. I told her it was her fault because she should have been pro-active in calling the designer 4 weeks before the wedding date and getting an ETA. I'm at the rehearsal dinner, and I have to leave early to get fitted because Ana says she has other plans. Read below to user "Nicole" to see exactly what happened. The customer service sucked, they were snotty on the phone, then sweet as sugar. I didn't say much and I walked out the door vowing never to return. I should have gotten my first deposit back, but I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Oh, and the dress fit beautifully.
