I just wanted to apologize for your bad experience with us here at Small Town Auto Sales. We have a policy here that we don't want anybody to have a vehicle they are unhappy with. When you called to let me know about the problems you had with the Dodge I told you to bring it back up and I would be happy to have my mechanic look at it, you said you would have someone down there look at it and see what it was and get back to me. You said they replaced a small part and thought that should take care of the problem. You called me a few weeks later saying that didn't fix the problem, I once again told you to bring it up and I would have my mechanic look at it, you said you couldn't get the time off work and that was the last I heard of this Deal. We have every one of our vehicles go through a strict Pre-inspection process before they are ever put on the lot to sell. I assure you that the trans. was not acting up when it left here. However I would have been happy to remedy the problem, if I had known.
