Small Town Auto Sales

I just wanted to apologize for your bad experience with us here at Small Town Auto Sales. We have a policy here that we don't want anybody to have a vehicle they are unhappy with. When you called to let me know about the problems you had with the Dodge I told you to bring it back up and I would be happy to have my mechanic look at it, you said you would have someone down there look at it and see what it was and get back to me. You said they replaced a small part and thought that should take care of the problem. You called me a few weeks later saying that didn't fix the problem, I once again told you to bring it up and I would have my mechanic look at it, you said you couldn't get the time off work and that was the last I heard of this Deal. We have every one of our vehicles go through a strict Pre-inspection process before they are ever put on the lot to sell. I assure you that the trans. was not acting up when it left here. However I would have been happy to remedy the problem, if I had known. more

1 star rating is one too many I bought a Dodge Ram here in Sept 2010. After only 120 miles the transmission went out. They would not help me with costs or anything. New transmission was $2400 dollars. I think they HAD to know it had trans trouble when they sold it to me 'as is'. Dishonest people more

We purchased a used car from Small Town Auto Sales last year and were pleased with everything. They were very friendly and took care of anything the car needed to have done. They even test drove the car we had seen from their website and inspected it before we came just to make sure it would be worth our drive (four hours each way). They even had better prices on the warranties than other dealers, but we didn't end up purchasing a warranty. They told us to let them know if anything ever goes wrong and they will take care of us. They even called to check up on the car within a week of us buying it! We would do business with them again. more
