Dear Mr. Benson,
I am looking at my beautiful new see-through fireplace with a big smile on my face. I purchased this by phone from your company after discovering you are a supplier of Heatilator. Jessica was my sales person and made my buying experience not only easy, but also fun. She found me a close-out model that fit my budget and I was ecstatic.
Your installers, Dale and Peter, just left. Very professional! I was so thankful for their ability to improvise as my contractor had cut the hole for the fireplace an inch too small. Rather than pack up and come back another time, Dale and Peter quickly made the fix so my installation could proceed as planned. At the end of the day, one door wouldn’t fully open and Peter went way above and beyond the call of duty to try to remedy the problem. I appreciated his determination and willingness to stay and work on it, almost to the point of getting back to your shop late. You have some very dedicated installers in Dale and Peter and they were nothing short of terrific.
I am pretty vocal about my customer service experiences, making my feelings known when things don’t go well, but also making sure that I sing the praises of those who are outstanding at their jobs. You have a splendid team and right now I can guarantee I am your happiest customer!!! Thanks!
