This guy is fantastic! His shop was taken during a redevelopment so he works out of his home (call for address). Basically a watch repair man, he also repairs jewelry, and all with a story and good humor. I took in 4 watches. 3 needed only a battery, but he also cleaned them and burnished scratches from one -- all for the price of the battery. The other watch needed more work, but that was also done so well, and at a low cost. He soldered broken chains. Each time I was there other customers were in to pick up work, and raving about his skills. One customer has beautiful antique watches he will take nowhere else. Friends hang out, people on the street are friendly, and the whole setting is charming. Be prepared to be greated like a long-lost friend. What a find!
