Several years ago, I purchased a fine watch in Switzerland. Like many fine watches, the battery needs replacing ever few years. I went to Haig's about 3 years ago and had great service. He loves his work and treats you like a star. Now I need another battery, I called and he's oh so happy to serve me. I just like the guy and there just arent many places left like this where you get personal service. Between this guy and Willies shoes, also in Hollywood, its going to be sad when they're gone and we all become a number in the corporate chain stores. thing. Mine is a Tissot Dive Watch and has some intricate settings that need to be done after the battery replacement. Its analog, but still needed to be "programmed" in a way. This guy is a pro and BAM! He dialed it all in. Perfection!
