Roto-Rooter is my HERO! I came home to find a giant puddle my kitchen as water continued to pour through a can light in the ceiling! My husband was at work and I didn't know what to do. Nothing appeared to be leaking from upstairs - I was perplexed and stressed to say the least! My neighbor recommend I called Roto-Rooter. Best advice! They sent a plumber from the Kenosha area to my home for emergency service - and he was TERRIFIC! "Mike" arrived quickly (and even put on little booties which showed me he had respect for my home). The leak was not easy to find, but thanks to the perseverance of our Roto-Rooter Guy, he found the leak (p-trap by our a/c unit) and was able to solve the problem! When customer service sometimes seems like a thing of the past, Roto-Rooter exceeded our expectations - from the dispatcher on the phone to our technician - you have sure earned our family's loyalty!
