I wanted to take the opportunity to not only thank Chris, but also thank the crew that did the installation and the office staff.
I have been told that Joe was the foreman on the job and as a "high maintenance" female customer, the professionalism, courtesy and excellent work that Joe and his entire team (sorry I do not remember all of ther names) provided to me during the installation. As an evening shift emergency room nurse, I was a bit concerned at having strangers in my home; Joe and the crew were wonderful. They worked around my "sleepy morning" routine without a problem. My house was clean when they left, and I was even able to nap on the couch while they worked.
Joe was able to take me through the cleaning process for the filter, set the thermostat to my work hours and weekend needs, and all the time with a smile. For someone like me, who can put together a ventilator and other medical equipment, but are all thumbs when it comes to household items, Joe was perfect!
