I'm sort of a massage junkie, plus my back is chronically tight due to my job. I've had Acupuncture recommended to me before by my Chiropractor and Physical Therapist But, I've been apprehensive and truth be told, a little scared. So, I looked around and decided to try them since the Acupuncturist was voted best in the local paper and there is a Doctor on staff. Plus they have this treatment called a Stress Buster that combines massage and acupuncture. I was surprised to find that I could barely even feel most of the needles and the others I wouldn't have even known she put in. I found it really relaxing and my muscles were already looser even before she started massaging me. Also, I've noticed that it has seemed to have a longer lasting effect than when I just get my massage. And, bonus...my stress levels are much better at work! I will be back, thank you Amy!
