Best Spa Ever!! 2/28/2011

My experiece at Zen Fusion Spa was Fabulous!! The staff and Lorie take such great care with each concern. I have had all my facials done there and am now working with her on the weight loss laser. I feel like family when I am there. If you need a special treat..along with a flawless face and trim figure..this is the place to be!! Doesn't get much better than that!!! more

The only person I trust with my skin! 2/28/2011

Lowcountry Aesthetic Center and Zen Fusion Spa has done miracles for my skin. I struggled with acne as a teen and as a result ended up with embarrassing ice pick scars. I have had numerous laser and facial treatments with Lorie. She is just as knowledgeable about skin as any dermatologist or doctor I know. She is the only person I trust with my skin. The results from all of my treatments have been more than satisfying. My acne scars have almost completely disappeared from the laser treatments. Also the Hydrofacial treatment is a must. It offers relaxation with major results. My skin tone is extremely even and smooth now as a result. I have recently moved far away from the area, but I still go back to Lowcountry Aesthetic Center for all my facial treatments, laser and even my eyebrow waxing (best shaping ever). I really don't trust anyone but Lorie with my face. She's the BEST! more

Very relaxing and Professional Spa 2/25/2011

Lowcountry Aesthetic Center & Zen Fusion Spa is a miracle working business. I have been getting laser lipo there for a few months now (different areas) and it has made a big difference on how my jeans are fitting:) Plus the treatment entails NO pain whatsoever. The staff is so knowledgeable and courteous and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I find myself taking naps during my treatment. I hightly recommend this spa to everyone! more

Talented staff, high performance! 2/22/2011

Lowcountry Aesthetic Center has by far, some of the most talented and skilled staff. Especially when it comes to skin corrections, renewal via Hydrafacial. (which is the best type of facial I have ever had!) I have had redness, acne, dry skin, those irritating fine crinkly lines, and all of those problems have been kept at bay due to the Hydrafacial. Lorrie is a very skilled skin therapist! Sadly...I have since moved and have notice my skin going blaaaa since lack of the Hydrafacial:( The Acupuncture therapy is also miracle therapy to anyone with pain...anywhere! Amy works through what they call "energy channels" that get blocked in your body and cause diseases. Check out their web page and you can see all that they do. It's my first pick for skin, health, and body shaping:) Lipolaser is the best for those stubborn areas. The only place in the area that you should go to! more

Relaxing Atmosphere and amazing results! 2/22/2011

I am a local and I have been to most of the area spas. Zen Fusion has the broadest range of services. Not only that all of the services I have had had been by far the best ever! I won't let anyone but Lorrie wax me. The facials are to die for, massage service is great, and the accupuncture is very therapeutic. My favorite service by far is the lipo laser. If you want to drop inches fast I highly recommend it. Everyone is always very polite and professional. Always an overall great experience! more

I loved this spa 11/3/2010

This is not exactly the kind of place I'd expected, but that wasn't a bad thing. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the receptionist and the aesthetician I'd booked with. I filled out my paperwork, talked with them, and was in for my appointment within no time. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to find a piece of equipment that was there that they used for my facial. The Hydrafacial was relaxing and VERY effective. I've lived with discoloration and redness for the greater part of my life, and also I've always had acne. The first treatment made a huge difference, and I've had 3 more like it since. Each one just makes it better and better. Every question I had, Lori had an answer, and she even explained every problem and gave me a treatment plan to follow home! The massages are great too! Michele does a great job (If you name isn't Michele, and you read this, I'm sorry). I would and HAVE recommended this spa to my friends. more

Happy anniversary to me! 9/23/2010

I highly recommend this spa! I received a gift certificate for an hour massage from my husband for our anniversary. Everyone was extremely nice and the atmoshere was very relaxed. The massage was just wonderful! I couldn't have asked for a better gift. I plan to go back very soon!! Maybe I'll get a facial next time :) more

Not just stress relief, pain relief ! 9/23/2010

'm sort of a massage junkie, plus my back is chronically tight due to my job. I've had Acupuncture recommended to me before by my Chiropractor and Physical Therapist But, I've been apprehensive and truth be told, a little scared. So, I looked around and decided to try them since the Acupuncturist was voted best in the local paper and there is a Doctor on staff. Plus they have this treatment called a Stress Buster that combines massage and acupuncture. I was surprised to find that I could barely even feel most of the needles and the others I wouldn't have even known she put in. I found it really relaxing and my muscles were already looser even before she started massaging me. Also, I've noticed that it has seemed to have a longer lasting effect than when I just get my massage. And, bonus...my stress levels are much better at work! I will be back, thank you Amy! more

This spa was spectacular! 9/20/2010

I walked in to their new location, and was very impressed with the building and the interior design work. I was immediately greeted by the receptionist and the esthetician. I was offered tea while I filled out my paperwork, which was a bit of a process, but the treatment was worth it. I am currently on my fourth Hydrafacial treatment, and I've already noticed an amazing difference in my skin's health. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions very thoroughly about the process of the treatment and the results it would yield. I would and have recommended this spa to friends, who seem just as pleased with it as I am. more

A follow-up 12/21/2009

Later in the day, the aesthetician did call to reschedule my appointment. She was very flexible about times, so I went back that evening. The HydraFacial was great and the technician experienced, so I ended up being impressed. She even offered to "comp" the service due to the earlier cancellation. I even plan to return after the New Year for some laser procedures. more

No show....no call 12/20/2009

I had heard about (and seen) great results from the HydraFacial and was excited to finally have a chance to try it. My appointment was at the Okatie location -- beautiful office, etc. and very professional front desk people. Unfortunately, the aesthetian did not show or call. And the impressive front desk people turned out to not be connected to the spa. I guess the technician is just renting booth space, so to speak, so the great-looking location is not actually representative of the "spa's" business. more
